WINTER SUNDAY LEAGUE IS BACK, STARTING IN MID-DECEMBER!

WINTER SUNDAY LEAGUE DETAILS:

New Hampshire's biggest and best Winter League is back this Winter! Many players are playing Winter basketball with their Town/Travel teams, and the Cap City Winter Sunday League is a great compliment for players who want more development, advanced coaching and competition. Players have the option to practice either Tuesday or Wednesday each week, or even both, whichever works best for you. Our fast-paced practices will focus on individual skill development.

Sunday games begin in January and we will host 5 Sunday's in Concord where each team will play 2 games in an "AAU Tournament" style format each Sunday. Coaching and instruction by former college basketball players, and a League for all grades and talent levels, 1st thru 8th, for both boys and girls.

The cost of this League is only $150 and even includes the uniform top and bottom to keep! Sunday games will have an admission charge in order to put on an "AAU style" Sunday, and will be an exciting environment for players and their families! The Cap City Winter Sunday League will be an awesome and unique experience for all!

WINTER LEAGUES FOR ALL GRADES & SKILL LEVELS, BOYS & GIRLS

8 total weeks of weekday practices & 5 Game-Day Sundays with 2 games each Sunday

• Junior Ballers League: 1st thru Beginner 3rd Grade (co-ed)
• Boys "NCAA" League: 3rd Grade thru Beginner 5th Grade
• Girls "NCAA" League: 3rd Grade thru Beginner 5th Grade
• Boys "G" League: 5th Grade thru Beginner 7th Grade
• Girls "G" League: 5th Grade thru Beginner 7th Grade
• Boys "NBA" League: 7th & 8th Graders
• Girls "WNBA" League: 7th & 8th Graders

*** players may be moved up or down a division based on their current level

Location:  All Practices and Games will be hosted at Capital City Sports & Fitness (10 Garvins Falls Rd., Concord, NH). Our building has floor-level, balcony, and even overhead restaurant seating. Our restaurant offers hot food, beverages, and beer/wine options. 

Price: $150 - this pays for your season of practices AND full uniform set you can keep! Sunday games will have an admission fee in order to put on these large and organized Sundays.

Dates & Details:

Evaluations & Team Placements: Tuesday & Wednesday, December 10th & 11th

Practices begin the following week, December 17th & 18th. We will then take a 2 week break for Winter Vacation, with practice resuming January 7th & 8th thru February 11th & 12th. 

Sunday Game Days (2 games each Sunday): January 19 & 26, February 2, 9, 16

Date:  Columbus Day, Monday, October 14th
Grades:  All Boys & Girls, 2nd - 8th (advanced 1st graders are welcome)
Hours:  10 am - Noon

Price: $45

Earliest Drop-Off: 9:30 am
Latest Pick-Up:  12:30 pm

Details:  Appropriate Groups formed based on age/skill level. Multiple Coaches in the gym who played at the next level. Skill-Development, Ball-skill focused drills, Scrimmage with Coaching. Please bring a ball and hydration. We will see you all on the court!

MONDAY SKILLS & DRILLS CLINICS:

7 Consecutive Mondays from 4:30-5:45 pm

GRADES: 4th - 9th, Boys & Girls

- Coaching & instruction by former College Basketball Players
