After a successful Fall League that wrapped up with an exciting day of championship games last Sunday, Cap City continues their Fall programs with their November Clinic Series starting Tuesday, November 5th in Hampton. Cap City will offer November Clinics in both Hampton and Concord (full clinic schedule below).

Cap City’s popular Winter Sunday League registration will be live in about a week, but in the meantime, developing each player for their upcoming Winter Season remains Cap City’s focus during November.

Cap City will have an emphasis on individual skill-development this November. With a focus on hand-eye coordination building, attacking the basket, shooting, defensive principles, fundamentals of the game, gameplay and more.

The cost of each clinic is only $25 (or $30 check). Payments/registrations are collected at the door before each clinic. Clinics are open to boys and girls, grades 4th-HS. Multiple coaches and age/talent appropriate groups will be formed within each clinic.
